We do not ask for payment card details through this website's enquiry forms. Any payment for a confirmed booking is arranged separately (bank transfer or a payment gateway such as Razorpay), as set out in our Terms & Conditions.
How We Use It
We use the information you submit to respond to your enquiry, prepare an itinerary and quotation, and, if you proceed, to arrange your booking with hotels, drivers, guides and other suppliers who need your name and travel dates to provide those services. We may also use your email/phone to follow up on an enquiry you have started.
What We Don't Do
We do not sell or trade your personal information to third parties. We do not disclose it outside MR Bharat Holidays Pvt. Ltd. and the specific suppliers needed to deliver your booking, except where required by law, a court order, or to protect someone from harm.
